Engineering
Backend systems, ML infrastructure, distributed systems. Python, Go, Rust. Experience with production ML systems a plus.
Research
ML safety, AI alignment, evaluation methods, trust systems. PhD preferred but not required if you have published work.
Go-to-market
Enterprise sales, solutions engineering, customer success. Experience selling to regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government).
Product
Product management for enterprise software. Experience with developer tools, security products, or compliance software.
