The Trust Intelligence Platform is our integrated suite of seven products designed to help enterprises deploy, monitor, and govern AI systems at scale. Products can be used individually or together. Many customers start with one product (often Guardian for monitoring or AgentOps for governance) and expand over time. The products are designed to integrate seamlessly, but each provides standalone value.

MLOps tools like LangSmith and W&B focus on development workflows: tracing, prompt management, and experiment tracking. Rotascale focuses on production trust and governance—what happens after you deploy.

We support AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. For healthcare, we integrate with Google Cloud Healthcare API, AWS HealthLake, and Azure Health Data Services. For government, we support GovCloud and FedRAMP High environments.

SaaS deployment can be same-day. On-premise deployments typically take 2-4 weeks depending on your infrastructure. Full platform implementations with integration work range from 2-6 months depending on scope.

Yes. We maintain SOC 2 Type II certification. Reports are available under NDA for enterprise customers.

Yes. We offer HIPAA-compliant deployments for healthcare customers, including BAA agreements. Our healthcare solutions are designed with PHI protection built in.

We're model-agnostic. Guardian, Steer, and Eval work with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Cohere, open-source models (Llama, Mistral), and custom fine-tuned models. We integrate via API or direct model access.

We provide integrations for common enterprise systems including Snowflake, Databricks, major cloud data warehouses, CRM systems (Salesforce), and ticketing systems. Custom integrations are available through our API or professional services.

Our products are built on research from Rotalabs, our open research division. While the enterprise products are commercial, the underlying methodologies and research are publicly available.
